Recently, I’ve been thinking of doing a “my current” products that I am currently using/testing which might help give you a better idea on how you can rotate the products you have within your routine, and give you a different perspective/idea on when to use which products. This will start from the first step of my routine leading up to my last step :) Depending on how long it takes me to use up my products I might do an annual update or something like that? Anyways, let’s beginning with the first must of every skincare routine – Cleansers!
Etude House always comes out with super cute and adorable products – these eye shadows are not an exception. The Eye Shadow line is called “Look at My Eyes” and has several variants in this line (Look at My Eyes Cafe etc). When I was in HK, I bought these shades because I didn’t want it to look like I had makeup on, but at the same time I wanted it to make my eyes look more awake, alive basically, and slightly bigger (with that aegyo sal thing – which btw, I can never seem to do). Anyways, I only picked out a few because well, although I didn’t have any of my palettes when I was there, I didn’t want to add to my collection of things o_o||. So I picked really neutral colours, nothing fancy – but really practical and good for everyday use :).
A couple months ago, I did a post on what my summer and winter moisturizer picks were. At that time, that was when I first started trying the CLINIQUE Moisture Surge and immediately loved how great it is for the cold winter dry weather. Now that I am over halfway done with this product, and pretty much formed a solid opinion on this – I decided to write a review! When people ask me what moisturisers I use, this is one of the products that I usually mention :)
Korean products never cease to surprise me – I will be sharing with y’all one of the oddest cleansers I have ever seen. These came as a deluxe sample in the Memebox Sunday Funday box that I bought way back in August. It was tough testing it, because there’s three different kinds in the box and for some reason I lost all the plastic caps that kept the products well protected in its containers except for one – leaving me to only be able to test one cleanser at a time – *cries*. What is this cleanser called? Well.. It’s the RE:CIPE Slowganic Cleanser and it comes in 3 different varieties (Adlay, Green Tea and Lemon).Read More »
KDrama..addiction is what I would describe what I am currently going through right now. December&January were such exciting months for Korean Drama, what with Lee Sung Kyung & Nam Joo Hyuk Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo and Gong Yoo & Kim Go Eun in Goblin. Yes, yes Lee Min Ho fans, I know he had a drama too! But I haven’t started watching that one yet.. Anyways, I loooved Lee Sung Kyung’s Kim Bok-Joo makeup in the drama. It was cute, youthful yet natural in a way (which is what most female leads have for makeup anyways). So I figured I’d try to do a thing.
The SKINFOOD Rice Wash Off Mask is one of those highly raved about products that you’ll see many humans praise. I got this in the October Bomibox and was really excited to try it, because I was actually contemplating on whether or not to buy it (luckily I didn’t). My review isn’t really on schedule this week (I had a couple things come up so I wasn’t able to put together a review – but it’s up nowww). Anyhoo, here are my two-cents about this product! IS it really worth the hype?
Aha! So you thought I would never come out with another eye patch review again. Well, I did. Or am, right now. The product in question for this eye patch session is by Wish Formula. It is their ever-so-popular and often seen on instagram… The Bat Eye Mask With Centella Honey Fermented Essence. Recently, though I’ve been feeling in some kind of slump – which is normal, but sometimes I feel like by pressuring myself to do one post a week is hindering me from writing a review in the best possible quality. There are so many things I want to write about, but I often forget I have other commitments such as school, extra-curriculars and work. BUT, nonetheless, I hope that I get out of this soon so I can feel more motivated writing??!
